Cervical Spondylosis is a common age-related condition caused by the gradual wear and tear of the bones, discs, and joints in the neck (cervical spine). These changes can lead to neck pain, stiffness, reduced range of motion, and, in some cases, pressure on nearby nerves, causing pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness in the shoulders, arms, or hands. Treatment depends on the severity of the symptoms and the underlying cause.
