Distal bicipital tendinitis is an overuse injury involving inflammation or degeneration of the distal biceps tendon, where it attaches to the radius near the front of the elbow. Radial head bursitis is the inflammation of the small bursa located around the radial head, causing pain and irritation during elbow and forearm movements. Both conditions can result from repetitive lifting, forceful twisting of the forearm, or sporting activities, leading to pain and reduced arm function.
