Prices (Effective from 15 July 2026)

This price list outlines our physiotherapy and ultrasound scanning services, including musculoskeletal, pelvic floor, neurological and home visit appointments. Many services may be covered by private health insurance, but some treatments—such as ultrasound scans, injections and pelvic ultrasound biofeedback appointments—are available on a self-pay basis. Please check with us and, where applicable, your insurance provider before booking so you understand any costs in advance.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

  • Initial Consultation (45 minutes): £80
  • Follow-up Consultation (45 minutes): £80
  • Follow-up Consultation (30 minutes): £67
  • Biomechanical Force Plate Analysis (30 minutes): £70 (Typically after initial consultation)
  • Massage Therapy (30 minutes): £70
  • Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) (30 minutes): £100
  • Orthotic Consultation (60 minutes): £100

Ultrasound & Injection Services

  • Ultrasound Scan + Specialist MSK Physiotherapy Assessment £175 (single body part)
  • Ultrasound Scan + Guided Steroid Injection: £325 (single body part)
  • Ultrasound Scan + Shoulder Hydrodistension: £400 (single shoulder joint) (Commonly used for frozen shoulder))
  • Ultrasound Scan + Hyaluronic Acid / Durolane Injection: £500 (single body part) (Commonly used for arthritic joints)
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections for joints and soft tissues: TBC
  • Arthrosamid injections: TBC (www.arthrosamid.com)

Pelvic Health Physiotherapy (Men & Women)

  • Initial Pelvic Floor Consultation (60 minutes): £120
  • Follow-up Pelvic Floor Consultation (45 minutes): £90
  • Follow-up Pelvic Floor Consultation (30 minutes): £75

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy with Pelvic Ultrasound Biofeedback (Men & Women)

  • Initial Consultation with Pelvic Ultrasound Biofeedback (60 mins): £150
  • Follow-up Consultation with Pelvic Ultrasound Biofeedback (30 minutes): £100
  • Follow-up Consultation with Pelvic Ultrasound Biofeedback (45 minutes): £120
  • Follow-up Consultation with Pelvic Ultrasound Biofeedback (60 minutes): £150
  • Follow-up Consultation with Pelvic Ultrasound Biofeedback (75 minutes): £180
  • Follow-up Consultation with Pelvic Ultrasound Biofeedback (90 minutes): £210

Neurological Physiotherapy

  • Initial Assessment (60 minutes): £100
  • Follow-up Assessment (60 minutes): £100
  • Follow-up Assessment (45 minutes): £80

Physiotherapy Home Visits

  • Physiotherapy Visit (45 minutes): £150

We accept debit cards, cash, or credit cards.


Please note, other additional charges would depend on presenting condition and treatment options

Insurance

We are recognised providers for all major private health care schemes, including BUPA and AXA/PPP, WPA, CIGNA, AVIVA, VITALITY HEALTH and many more.

If you have started a claim for an injury that was not your fault as a result of an accident in the car or at work, we may be able to organise payment for treatment through your lawyers. This doesn't detract anything from the compensation you may receive and saves you from having to fork out any money "up front". If you have any queries regarding payments, please just give us a call.
